Nine months ago we met a lady on the internet in the Arms around the world Paltalk room. We learned that Vickie Lovejoy had terminal cancer and had been told by her doctors that she had less than three weeks to live.

Since that time she has received the Holy Ghost and been baptized in the name of Jesus. Vickie has helped many people find their way to God although she is suffering and in much pain.

  • They can take the ten commandments
    Off the courthouse walls
They can even take all the manger scenes
Out of the parks and malls
They can take my Blessed Bible
    Tear the pages all apart
But they'll never take my Jesus
    Out of my heart.

They can take away our right to pray
    Throw us all in jail
But they can't take away the life he gave
Or send my soul to hell
Yes they can take my Blessed Bible
    Tear the pages all apart
But they'll never take my Jesus
    Out of my heart.

They can take away our liberty
    To preach God's Holy Word
They can make it be against the law
If we witness door to door
Oh they can stop our voice
    From preaching in the streets
Oh and even in the park
But they'll never take my Jesus
    Out of my heart.

Oh, they can take away our right to pray
And even throw us all in jail
But they can't take away the life he gave
They can't send my soul to hell
Oh they can take my Blessed Bible
    Tear the pages all apart
But they'll never, never take my Jesus
    Out of my heart

Oh they can take my life and bury me
In a grave so cold, cold and dark
But they'll never take my Jesus
    Out of my heart
Never get him out of my heart

BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLY

Precious messenger of love and joy,
beautiful butterfly,
the apple of our eye.

God surely heard our prayers for He sent us,
You
our angel unaware.

Whenever we see a rainbow, or a butterfly,
 we will
remember your witness,

For a butterfly represents life and a rainbow
promise.

Our hearts soar
when we listen to you testify and sing,
because we know
your love forever rests on the
Masters wings.

We want you to know
that you have touched our lives
right from the start,

And most of all you are forever more-
deep within our hearts.

We Love You Sister Vicky

Sis. Vicky's Testimony

 The Plan of Salvation

Now Baptized in Jesus Name,

filled with the Holy Ghost;

according to Acts2:38-39

Vicky's Testimony

I look for so many years

to find the peace that i have.

I would say,

"GOD if you hear me,

send someone to us

so we could go to church".

But no one came.

Then one day,

I got on paltalk with my nephew,

to go meet new friends and

I saw Christianity.

I had to see what it was.

Oh let me tell you, they have some bad rooms.

But, i found a room who had

a very precious lady, Donna.

I loved the music,

so I stayed.

This lady helped me so much;

she prayed night and day.

I let her in my heart,

which is hard for me to do.

She came here, we had such a time.

But there was still something i needed,

Holy Ghost I would tell Donna,

i wanted the Holy Ghost.

I was so weak.

I went one day in a room, and found a lady,

I told her I wanted go to church..

It wasn't long

she had a pastor on phone to me

 in OKLAHOMA CITY, Ok.

We put off several weeks of not going,

because i was scared and sick.

(Fear will kill you.)

We went after a few weeks.

It was nice, but different.

(I was determined, in hospital bed, or whatever,

i was going to church.)

When I got to the church ,

my son was praying at alter.

He got the Holy GHOST!!

I started crying,

I try to say

"JESUS, JESUS",

till it came out.

With hands raised to touch the heavens,

i forgot about any one being there,

I said

"JESUS , JESUS , JESUS",

until i spoke in a beautiful voice;

I Got the Holy Ghost!!!!

(or Holy Spirit)

just me and JESUS.

Oh I felt like i was in heaven.

For the first time,

i hugged Theresa.

AND I even hugged The pastor's wife.

My heart was happy.

My son and i were baptized.

I am going to die with cancer,

unless Jesus see to heal me.

But I'LL go to be with JESUS.

I purpose in my heart to let my pastor,

(Bro Rutledge

and  my church family,

  Norwich Tabernacle

  in my heart.

Its hard, I been so hurt.

If one day I'm gone;

just know,

"ARMS AROUND THE WORLD"

it's a name,

but put your arms around the world;

there are a lot of

"Vicky's"

out there who have

 no one

I pray for my heart.

~PEACE~

~LOVE~JOY~

HAPPINESS~HEALTH.

But if all that comes to me in death,

only JESUS knows.

Here is a saying I'd give

to you.

If you see someone

who is down and out,

just lend a smile,

just a little of your extra love.

Their is someone out there

just waiting for you to take their hand,

and lead them through.

Always remember me

here or gone.

Now i found JESUS,

and He forever lives in my heart.

The Power of Prayer

I received a call today,

They said you were headed deaths way.

I began to spread the word,

About the news I had heard.

I had the world pray for you,

Then I said a prayer too,

The very moment I heard the news.

I told all I could,

So we all could lift you up,

Like every Christian should.

So if you don't know why you are still here,

It's because someone said a prayer.

And I prayed for you,

Knowing God would see you through.

His loving hand was right there,

Showing you that He does care.

Even when we don't understand,

There He is holding our hand.

With arms of love He'll hold us tight,

Simple trust in Him makes things all right.

Even when we don't know what to say,

God is still there all along life's way.

His Spirit lifts us when we are down,

Give us smiles to replace the frowns.

Just remember God IS there,

Because there is power in our prayers.

Praying over a Prayer Cloth for Sis. Vicky - July 13, 2004

Pastor  Rutledge,

Assistant  Pastor,

Some of the Members of the Norwich Tabernacle.

Sis Vicky's  Friend

Sis. Michelle says..

To everyone

who may or may not know this beautiful woman I call my sister.

All I can say is that God is always on time.

He knows our needs before we speak them. He looked down and saw that I needed encouragement and used several people to deliver the message. Well, guess who was ONE of those obedient servants that delivered the message?

YEP!!! you guessed it- our beloved Sis Vickie.

Let me just tell you all in case you do not already know it.

She is pretty amazing.

You cannot help but look at your situation or life's circumstances and look at someone else's; such as our Sister, and just be thankful that you are in good health, or you are blessed with one more day to live and breathe.

So what, that your life is not perfect;  just appreciate what you do have instead of wanting what you don't.

I would like to personally thank God, Sis Vickie and Sis Sharon,

for shedding some light for me about this valuable life lesson.

Thank you so much can never be enough!!!

I love you and appreciate you.

Serving God daily and proudly.

Sis Michelle Robertson

I enjoyed making  this site for a

"Special Lady"

that came into my Life

by Sis. K-Cat

Around March 21st or later, i met Sis. Vicky Lovejoy.

 Her Paltalk nickname was

Life is Troble (without the U)

Now it is lifeistrouble with the u.

Her real name is Vicky.

This wonderful person captured our hearts.

"My Heart"

She was wanting Jesus  in her life and in her heart. She was in a Chat room on Paltalk, called

"Spirit and Truth" Worshippers.

Another paltalker,  left the chat room; and was compelled to return.

As she tells the story, to help Vicky, and encourage her to accept Jesus into her heart,  helping Vicky find what she was looking for.

Sunday, March 28, 2004,  was to be a life changing day for Sis. Vicky and her son, Kenny, and husband Ken.

Vicky and Kenny both were baptized in Jesus Name, and filled with the Precious Spirit of the Holy Ghost.

Sis. Vicky found what she was looking for, Jesus.

Along with her son, on that Sunday they became Sons of God.

(Bro Rutledge's sermon on The Sons of God )

Sis. Vicky came to our online Church service that Sunday night, and gave her testimony, and sang for our Church,

Norwich Tabernacle.

This was quite a "Celebration" time for all those online that had met

Sis. Vicky and her family.

To hear this wonderful Lady as she told how she spent that Sunday.

What a time for Rejoicing!

For the Norwich Tabernacle and those that were in the

Arms Around the World Chat room

that night.

This precious lady can Sing,

she blesses  us in Testimony and in Song.

There is more to tell, as we unfold this

"Wonderful, and True Story".

Thank you  Lovejoy Family,

and  Sis Vicky for Sharing.

I love you, my angel,

Sis. Vicky,

Sis. Sharon

  aka
